Welcome to VirtuelSMS! Before you download and use our mobile application ("App"), please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of VirtuelSMS available on the Apple App Store. By downloading and using VirtuelSMS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not download or use VirtuelSMS.

1. App Permissions

By using VirtuelSMS, you grant the following permissions:

• Photos: VirtuelSMS requires access to your Photos to provide certain features within the app. We do not use or share your photos without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
• Contacts: VirtuelSMS requires access to your Contacts to enhance your user experience and enable specific features. Your contact information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Auto-Renewal Subscription

VirtuelSMS offers an auto-renewal subscription model. By subscribing, you gain access to premium features and services within the app. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

3. Communication Features

VirtuelSMS includes features that allow you to send SMS and MMS messages and make calls within the app. Please use these features responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not endorse or condone any misuse of these features.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VirtuelSMS at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, you will lose access to the app and its services.

5. Updates and Changes

VirtuelSMS may be updated or modified periodically to improve functionality or address issues. You are responsible for keeping your app updated to the latest version available on the Apple App Store.
